Is spirulina, in itself, a miracle solution for losing weight?

So, first of all, let me correct one thing: don’t think that with one teaspoon of spirulina, you will magically become Kate Moss. Spirulina is NOT a miracle diet in itself. In fact, no study has ever been conducted specifically on this point. Nevertheless, it is an excellent dieting ally and there are indeed a few reasons why we think it can reduce cravings. Where do all those extra pounds come from that keep you from losing weight?

Excess weight is largely related to the intoxication of the cells of our body. When vital organs such as the gallbladder, pancreas, liver or intestine are overloaded, they are no longer able to perform their functions properly. The nervous system is also concerned! So don’t forget to include regular exercise in your diet, preferably one that involves “cardio”, in order to burn fat more efficiently! How to incorporate spirulina into our diets?

Spirulina is compatible with all types of diets. If you are following a slimming program, consume spirulina 20 to 30 minutes before the meal when you are fasting. You can also simply sprinkle it in your small dishes (salads or soups are for example dishes that associate perfectly with the taste of spirulina) or incorporate it in your juices or smoothies. You can drink your juices or smoothies in the morning or as a snack between meals.
