Delivery
All orders placed before 12:00 are shipped by colissimo, if possible, the same day or the next day at the latest. Orders placed after 11am are shipped the next day. There is no shipping on Sundays and holidays.
I had to leave my home. Is it possible to change the shipping address of my package?
If your package has already been shipped, it is currently on its way. We advise you to contact our customer service who will find a solution with you.
Delivery country
We offer delivery in Metropolitan France, DOM-TOM as well as in Europe.

Order tracking
When you place an order, an email containing your order summary and your tracking code will be sent to you by post. You will then be able to go to your customer account, tab “My Orders” in order to follow the status of it.
Find my previous orders
You can log in to your customer area at any time and access the list of all your orders. To get your invoice, choose the order of your choice, and click on the “download” icon.
My bank account has been debited but I have not received a confirmation email

Return
You have 14 days to retract from the reception of your package. The returned items must be undamaged, undamaged and complete.
